|Recommended: YesOne of the best apartment complexes I've ever lived in. — I've lived in over 10 different apartments in the greater Springfield metro area and Republic Palms is by far one of the best places I've ever stayed in. Jeff has been phenomenal to work with. He's always very kind and quick to get back to you. My wife and I also have a little one and feel extremely safe here. We also love the location with being so close to Aldi's and Walmart.

All are welcome to our family of all walks of life I have lived here for the last 3 yrs. with NO issues that haven't be resolved quickly and professionally.

They are quick to respond on anything maintenance The maintenance guy Eli is really amazing and quick and knows what he is doing on anything He usually has the parts he needs on everything. The manager Jeff is really friendly and amazing as well. The swimming pool stayed clean the whole summer this year. It is quiet and friendly and always a place to park. A place for me and my daughter

|Recommended: YesLove it here — been here 3 years now and love it. You sometimes hear neighbors but that is only thing. They are amazing at getting the repair guy anytime you need something fixed. He is the best too. Office staff is amazing as well. I loke the quality of apartments for what I pay. Swimming pool is clean and great.
