|Recommended: YesI've lived at Republic Palms for nearly nine years and, overall, have been very happy here. The location is incredibly convenient, with shopping, gas stations, medical offices, and other necessities nearby. The manager and maintenance staff are kind, responsive, and always helpful, which I greatly appreciate.
As a senior living on a fixed income, the annual rent increases can be challenging. I also hope that at some point the carpeting in my apartment can be replaced, as it was not replaced before I moved in and is showing its age after many years of use.

|Recommended: YesThis place has been great for the four years I have lived here. The staff is very friendly, maintenance is helpful, and it is in a great part of town.
|Recommended: YesLost track of how long I’ve been living here but they treat you right and take care of the Property well. I had a major leak from a pipe busting in the ceiling causing a mini waterfall in my Kitchen and they were quick on stopping it, however the touch up paint doesn’t match the rest of the kitchen and specks of paint is on the cabinets and fridge but hey at least there’s no water pouring out from the ceiling. Not a bad place for the price
|Recommended: YesThese apartments are a great place to live Easy access to local parks, schools, stores, and restaurants. They have amazing internet great if you work from home , a pool, dog park, gym, etc. The staff is very friendly and helpful, as well as other tenants. I'd highly recommend moving here if you're looking into it.

|Recommended: YesI’ve been a long-term resident at Republic Palms and have really enjoyed living here. The apartments are comfortable, well maintained, and feel like home. Management has always been responsive and easy to work with, and maintenance is quick and reliable. The community is quiet, friendly, and consistently kept up, which makes everyday living easy. The location is convenient and close to everything in Republic. Overall, it’s been a great place to live long term.
