|Recommended: YesI've found living here comfortable and cozy and I've enjoyed it very much. These apartments have good amenities, and clean, well-kept floor plans. Moreover, they have been reasonably quiet and night, my neighbors are nice, and I've found management here very helpful.

|Recommended: YesNice place — Clean. Quiet, safe. Love that internet is included in the rent. We moved halfway across the country and the property manager was incredibly helpful and flexible to get us into our new home. Apartment is spacious and bright with light fixtures in each room. Very happy overall.

All my maintenance request have been filled quickly, management responds in a timely manner, and the property is well maintained. It is in a great location, has a pool, and large bedrooms. I also appreciate that the parking is off the street and not restricted

|Recommended: YesI've already posted a review, but that was from a year ago so I thought I would make an updated version of my review. We had a crazy year with getting married and starting a family and I can honestly say that Republic Palms has been such a warm environment to raise our baby. The grounds are always well maintained, indoor maintenance is done regularly, our neighbors are considerate and friendly and so are the staff . Not only do we have great amenities like fitness center, pool, and club house, but the surrounding area has expanded more food and entertainment options, which makes Republic Palms a great location

October 2019. It's a wonderful place to live. All utilities minus electric are paid and has high speed internet included. Great neighbors and close to many of the new restaurants moving into Republic. It's also very close to the schools and includes a pool that is open all summer.

|Recommended: YesWe have lived in the Republic Palms for about 3 years now. The apartments are modern and spacious, with many amenities fitness center, pool, fiber internet - to name a few . The property manager and maintenance staff are always helpful and quick to respond. The location is quite nice with Wendy's, Andy's, and Whataburger across the street, and you can find good coffee and an Aldi grocery store within walking distance. I have always felt very safe on and around the apartment grounds. Overall, we are very happy we chose the palms for our first place.
