|Recommended: YesWe like living here. It’s a clean, family-friendly community and most of the residents have been here for years, which is reassuring. Maintenance has been making steady improvements to the property. Sometimes notices are short, but the effort is appreciated. Our unit is dated, but the complex as a whole is well cared for.

|Recommended: YesI have lived here for almost 5 years, off and on. The best thing about living here has to be management. Every time I would have an issue, it’s always resolved in a timely and kindly manner. The apartments themselves are average units, they do upkeep them and the old units have been renovated. They are cozy and it’s mostly families that live here because they offer 3 bedrooms as well. I would definitely recommend friends and family to live here.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to call home. — The Republic Palms are clean, quiet, and in the perfect location. Paying rent is super simple using the online portal or app and it makes things really convenient. The managements is super helpful and respectful when handling my issues and my questions. They make me feel like I never need to hesitate to reach out and they fix every problem inside the unit no matter how small or insignificant. It is a peaceful location and community that is right near the main road that takes you just about anywhere in Republic. Overall, these are THE apartments to live in if you are in Republic.

|Recommended: YesI have lived here for 6 years now and I will always recommend it. I have had no problems with leasing office managers. It is quiet and well kept up and rent is affordable. This is a great and safe place to live with walmart 3 minutes away.
