|Recommended: YesRepublic palms is a great place to live. I lived here for 4 years now. Maintenance is great. When something needs to be fixed they are on top it.
|Recommended: YesI would definitely recommend The Palms to a friend, just signed my second lease and it was quite easy. I love so many things about living at the Palms. I am so close to work, the stores in Republic, Springfield is so close, the size of our apartment, the pool, the fact that the Palms is quiet and clean and kid friendly. I very much enjoy living here.
|Recommended: YesGreat Central Location for Apartment Complex — Going on my 5th year in this apartment. I enjoy the area - close to everything I need, including shopping, gas, dining, docs office, etc. The only negative is that my rent increases every year that I sign a new lease.
|Recommended: YesStarted out iffy but ended well. — My family has lived here for two years now. We would have leased another year due to a new job we are moving. It's been an okay first-time apartment. The first Manager here was not the greatest and didn't seem like they cared and hardly returned any of our calls about maintenance we reported. Recently we got a new manager she has been great Thanks to her I would recommend coming here. Our experience has improved because of her.

|Recommended: YesI've been living at Republic Palms for a full 2 years now and I can't say I have any complains. I just sign my 3rd year lease. For an apartment complex, it's very peaceful, pleasant, clean, non-expensive, and caring. I've had simple issues like changing the filter to my AC to me accidentally clogging the garbage disposal and the next day they get fixed The communications between the renters and the manager isn't easy and helpful experience. I would highly recommend this complex.

|Recommended: YesThe 2bedroom 2bath are the best deal I think, with the price and space you receive it’s most ideal for a comfortable living experience. Decent response time for maintenance needs and nice living conditions with updated features in the apartment.
