|Recommended: YesI have loved here over 4 years have not had any problems it’s a nice place and a pretty quiet area with no trouble republic is growing every year so plenty of good places to eat and close to Walmart for all your shopping needs
|Recommended: YesI love Republic Palms apartments, I have live here almost a year and I have had no issues at all. The management is great, the property is well maintained, my apartment was nice and clean when I moved in and the whole process was quick and easy.
|Recommended: YesI have been living here for about three years now and haven't found a reason to leave yet. Republic Palms, is a peaceful community with relatively friendly people and the Management and Maintenance are very good at their jobs and keep the place in good shape. I'm still enjoying my time here and I hope that continues.
|Recommended: YesWe've been here for going on 5 years and love the location as well as the fact that internet, water, and sewage are all included. Walmart is walking distance, the kids' schools are all close by, and there are multiple parks biking trails too.
|Recommended: YesWe've lived at Republic Palms for two years now and I can't see us living anywhere else in Republic. It is nestled in the heart of the city and is walking distance from all of our favorite spots like Walmart, Aldi's, ANDYS FROZEN CUSTARD, Popeyes, and Classic Rock Coffee The management has changed in the last year for the better and we've felt so heard when it comes to any concerns we've had. Lisette is incredible and makes living in an apartment a great experience. Highly recommend
|Recommended: YesI love living at the Republic Palms. It’s a great community and everyone is so respectful. The staff is professional and top notch. The high speed Internet and pool are welcome amenities. The parking can be a little tough at times in the newer section and hopefully in the future there will be an additional parking lot. Overall it’s a great community and I would highly recommend it to friends.

|Recommended: YesMy Review of Republic Palms — For the years I have spent here at republic palms I have enjoyed my self. Despite of few occasions where the lease renewals were a bit finicky, I love republic palms and I would recommend these apartments to other people.
|Recommended: YesGoing on 8 years here and I just love having the 2 bed 2bath apartment all to myself. Super spacious and wonderful updates with a fantastic maintenance staff that responds quickly. Great for the price and long time residents give a friendly communtiy vibe that enhances the exprience You do hear your neighbors now and again but that's typically I believe from my prev. rentals.

|Recommended: YesMaintenance is usual next-day or same-day if something is requested. Quality work. Apartments are quiet and feel hidden. Close proximity to stores such as gas stations, Wal-Mart Aldi's and restaurants.
|Recommended: YesWe have lived at Republic Palms going on 4 years. We enjoy living here because the neighbors are nice and the complex is pretty quiet. The grounds are kept pretty well.. They have a sitting area outside and grills to use as well.. We don't have any pets but the apartments are pet friendly. The free internet is a big plus also
|Recommended: YesSome tenants need to learn reapect — Aside from the urine and poop on my patio there is always water that sounds like it's running or dripping or both in the hvac closet and I know they have worked on it just concerned.
|Recommended: YesRepublic Palms is a well kept apartment complex with friendly neighbors and a great staff The rent is fairly cheap, the rooms are spacious and there is no invasion of privacy like some apartment complexes have.
