|Recommended: YesLove living here — We have lived here for 2 years going on three now. We enjoy living it. It is a pretty quite neighborhood. You are close to everything in town and not far from Springfield. The staff is always nice and helpful.

|Recommended: NoThe embodiment of mediocre. — If you're looking for a place to stay and not much more, this is it. The appliances and building materials are cheap, the walls are thin enough to where you can hear the neighbors arguing, but they largely keep to themselves.
The staff is friendly enough and if there is a maintenance emergency they'll get to you quick. But if it isn't an emergency, be prepared to call them a few times to remind them.
The yards are well kept, and the parking is decent.

|Recommended: YesVery clean complex. — Very clean complex and friendly office staff. Dog friendly and provides waste bags and trash cans for the dogs throughout the complex. Relatively quiet complex. The new apartments are spacious and beautiful.

|Recommended: YesWe are going on our 2nd year at Republic Palms and we enjoy living here — It is a great place to live and the other renters that we have come in contact with are very friendly. The apartment manager is very nice and a great person to talk to if you have any issues. Any problems we had were addressed.

|Recommended: YesOverall, pretty great place for a good price — While apartment living is apartment living and you don't get to choose your neighbors, Republic Palms has great facilities, nice staff, and strikes a great balance between making sure you have what you need and giving you your space without being invasive. Would definitely recommend.
