submitted by Adam K. - |Recommended: YesOverall, pretty great place for a good price — While apartment living is apartment living and you don't get to choose your neighbors, Republic Palms has great facilities, nice staff, and strikes a great balance between making sure you have what you need and giving you your space without being invasive. Would definitely recommend.

submitted by Darci M. - |Recommended: YesGreat place to live with great pricing — Great pricing, great location close enough to Springfield to be convenient but far enough away to be quiet, conveniently close to grocery shopping, restaurants, etc. in a nice neighborhood Helpful and kind management and maintenance staff. Overall, a great place to live. We've been happy here for several years
