|Recommended: YesOne of the best apartments I've ever lived in. You can tell the company cares about the facilities and the units. You can get in touch whenever you need anything - even though they're incredibly busy One of the only apartments I've ever elected to renew my lease at - truly a great place to live with a great location. Quiet neighborhood, I feel very safe here. Can 100 recommend.

We love how close we are to shopping, food, and entertainment There's a patrol car that comes on a regular basis, which helps our family feel more safe. They have also made updates to our rental which makes it feel more like home.

|Recommended: YesI've lived at Republic Palms for 8 years and, overall, really enjoy my apartment. The location is incredibly convenient—close to shopping, gas stations, and my doctor. The manager and maintenance staff have always been kind and responsive, which I truly appreciate.
As a senior living on a fixed income, the yearly rent increases have been especially challenging. One tip for new residents be sure to take note of your carpet’s condition when you move in, as replacements don’t seem to happen often.

|Recommended: YesI've been living here for 2 years now I love living here , the apartment is very spacious and my neighbors are the best. Lisette is a great property manager , very friendly person and answer any question I may have. They just built a dog park for our pups and my dog loves it we use it almost daily Would definitely recommend living in this complex
