|Recommended: YesGreat place to residence to live if you're looking for something affordable. I've lived here for well over 2 years now. It's nice to have a much larger apartment and more parking availability. And it's only a 10-minute drive to my place of employment. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anybody who really want to make it feel like their home.

|Recommended: YesVery enjoyable place live. Management is busy but always helpful if you keep up with them. The maintenance crew is very attentive and are always doing their best to pick up after neglectful tenants. A few other benefits are the internet speed, friendly neighborhood, competitive pricing, and the electricity is not overly high during the hot and cold seasons. I definitely recommend Republic Palms for any first time renters and families alike.

|Recommended: YesRepublic Palms is a wonderful apartment to live in. They are quick to respond with questions and maintenance. The staff is very helpful and kind. The grounds are well kept, the pool is always clean, and they have a great basketball court. I have enjoyed living here.

|Recommended: YesI’ve lived in Republic Palms since 2019. I’d highly recommend these apartments to anyone moving to the area. Management is very helpful, rent is restricted and the included high speed internet is a bonus. The neighbors are always polite and the apartments are located near several of the schools and shopping centers in Republic.

|Recommended: YesApartment community is nice, quiet neighborhood, pet friendly, safe neighborhood. Apartment staff is always quick to respond to emails calls. Location is perfect, close to schools, places to eat and grocery stores.

|Recommended: YesRepublic Palms Review — I've been living here for about a year and recently just renewed my lease. I love living here , the apartment is very spacious and my neighbors are the best. Office is on top of any maintenance issue. I've only had to call them once or twice and if it's an emergency they get here right away and if non emergency they get back to you the next day or couple hours depending around what time you email them. Would definitely recommend living in this complex

|Recommended: YesRepublic Palms has been my home for almost 9 years. They are close to schools,parks and stores. maintance and manager are on site. Grounds are kept maintained. Updated Basketball Court and Club House. 24 hour security. It's a great place to live.

|Recommended: YesGood apartments, fair rent, decent amenities. Pretty close to all of the main things to do in Republic. Good free internet. Maintenance is usually pretty quick about calls for service. Pretty good for the price.
