|Recommended: YesNice spot in Republic — Good location - easy to get to anything you'd need in town. The staff has been super this last year, helpful, and responsive.
Little too easy to hear neighbors upstairs but not terrible by any means.
The online portal is handy for paying rent and filing work orders when needed. Shared internet is a security risk - bring a good router.
Rent going up by 7.5 while my fixed income is stagnant is unfortunate to say the least.

|Recommended: YesBest Apartments in the Area — I've lived in the Republic Palms for going on 6 years now and I can truthfully say it's been a great experience. The units are very nice and spacious and the maintenance and staff are extremely helpful and kind. There's a pool, a picnic area, and a small playground and the internet is absolutely amazing. You won't regret moving in here.

|Recommended: YesI have been living at the Republic Palms for a year now and love it Lizette and the other staff have always been kind and super helpful. If any maintenance work needs done, the on-campus staff have always come in a timely manner and fixed my issues in one visit.
The neighbors are quiet and friendly. All in all, it’s a great place to stay
